Freight charges
- Depends on type of courier service, geography area of consignee address and the parcel’s weight.
- All freight charges listed below are without insurance, but, included 25% fuel surcharge and 5% GST.
- Charges are subject to change without prior notice.

- Gets the tracking number at “Shopping Cart” -> “Order History” -> “View Details of Purchased Item(s)” -> “Tracking Number”.
- Key-in or copy and paste it into “tracking shipments” box of the delivery company's official website that you are using.
Shipment delay
- Track your shipment status via online tracking system as on above.
- Check or call their local office which is nearest to consignee area.
- Contact us immediately and gets assistance.
- All complains must be reached us in 5 working days from the shipment’s date for SecureXpress, SkyNet Express and PosLaju, and 10 working days for E-Parcel. We may not entertain for any complains regarding to shipment delay or “missing” parcel beyond this time frame.
- We need consignee’s written conformation to proceed.
- Different geography areas or addresses are not entitled.
Oversea shipment
- Beside freight charges, oversea shipment is subject to taxes and import duty that may incur upon authority request.
- Contact us for more details on oversea freight charges.
Customs clearance
- Due to different customs’ regulations in different countries, we shall not responsible for any liabilities that may arrive from this matter.
- If the parcel was being rejected from clearance and did returned back to us, upon received the “returned” parcel, we will inform the consignee and process the refund immediately. The refund amount will be reduced from all freight charges and expenses incurred.
Wrong item being sent-out
- Contact us immediately and wait for our reply or confirmation.
- If that is the case, you may request to return to us where we will paid for the postage.
- We will process the replacement or refund after the item had reached us.
